NWCOA is dedicated to offering training to the wildlife control industry that assist WCOs with developing strong business practices and effective technical knowledge and skills. Science-based information and research is at the forefront of all training protocol. Training is conducted by Certified NWCOA Instructors (CNIs) and Master NWCOA Instructors (MNIs).

NWCOA develops new curriculum based on the needs, desires and trends in the industry and continually refreshes existing courses to adhere to the latest standards and laws. Training is offered regionally throughout the year as well as during the NWCOA/NPMA annual conference, the Wildlife Expo.
