    Upside-Down Exclusions; Straight-Up Profit

    December 11, 2025 @ 5:30pm Eastern Time
    (4:30pm Central, 3:30pm Mountain, 2:30pm Pacific)
    GoToWebinar

Exterior bat roosting solutions & more! From Bats “hanging out” in undesirable locations, to Swallows nesting underneath eves, take the guesswork out of your inspections, and put your knowledge to work while making your clients happy. When bat exclusion is properly performed, the bats typically tend to search for other locations to roost on the same property. Whether it’s seasonal or not, clients usually do not want them invading their space (even if it is exterior). Coupled with the multitudes of finish materials we see on structures to date; it can be overwhelming to have solutions for the situation. This one-hour crash course webinar is designed to provide technicians in the field with the knowledge of how to solve multiple scenarios for these tricky encounters.
