At Bay Area Wildlife, we specialize in humanely managing nuisance wildlife, ensuring the safety and well-being of both animals and property owners. What We’re Looking For:

• Basic Handyman Skills: Experience in roofing, carpentry, and aluminum work. Prior experience on roofs and ladders is a must.

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to carry and extend heavy 2- and 3-story extension ladders (28-40 feet) and work at heights, often lifting up to 75 lbs.

• Professional Appearance and Communication Skills: You’ll be representing our brand to customers, so we need someone who takes pride in their appearance and communicates effectively.

• Team Player: You must be able to work independently but also collaborate with your teammates when needed.

• Commitment to Learning: A strong interest in wildlife behavior and a willingness to continue learning is key.

• Clean Driving Record & Background: A valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record are required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Solving nuisance wildlife problems by safely and humanely trapping and removing animals.

• Performing repairs on homes and buildings, including sealing entry points to prevent future wildlife problems.

• Maintaining detailed records of job activities and organizing equipment and vehicles.

Wildlife Sales (Outside Sales Representative – Wildlife Exclusion)
Full-Time | Base + Commission
Kelly’s Wildlife and Pest Control is hiring a motivated individual for our Wildlife & Pest Sales (Outside Sales Representative) position to inspect properties, identify wildlife entry points, and sell permanent exclusion solutions.
This role includes:
  • Conducting property inspections (rooflines, attics, crawlspaces)
  • Creating customized exclusion proposals
  • Presenting solutions to homeowners and property managers
  • Closing high-value repair projects
  • Meeting monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous outside sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting structures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven

Wildlife Exclusion Specialist
Full-Time | Paid Training | Skilled Trade Career
Kelly’s Wildlife and Pest Control is hiring a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist to inspect homes, identify wildlife entry points, and install permanent exclusion repairs.
Responsibilities include:
  • Roof work (ability to navigate steep pitched roofs)
  • Using hand and power tools daily
  • Ladder work (up to 32 foot)
  • Sealing entry points
  • Installing vent covers and exclusion materials
  • Minor structural repairs
  • Communicating clearly with customers
Construction or roofing experience preferred. Must be comfortable working at ALL heights.
