We have pride in the outstanding work of our staff and volunteers, all of whom contribute to the industry’s commitment to the protection of public health, food, and property. As such, we expect all of our staff, volunteers, and participants in any activities to behave appropriately and also to refrain from any action or language that is discriminatory or harassing.
All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing.
32+ days before the start of the meeting – 100% refund
31-25 days prior to the start of the meeting – 75% refund
18-24 days prior to the start of the meeting – 50% refund
11-17 days prior to the start of the meeting – 25% refund
No refund – 10 days or less & no shows

Early Bird Registration - through November 19th
Advanced Registration - November 20th through January 24th
Regular / On-site Registration - January 25 through on-site
